  • The programme for the introduction for the New ISA Vetting and Barring Scheme is now available by clicking here it should be noted that you do not have to do anything new, the new forms will be introduced through CRB checking procedures on a phased basis.All workers with Children and Vulnerable Adults will need to register with ISA by 1st November 2010 the implimentation programme is planned to be completed by December 2014
  • There is some confusion about who requires training for Safeguarding, details can be foound in the Training Guide for Module A below, but for clarity an excert from that documentation gives the specific list (Click here). It is clearly desirable that as many people as resonably possible recieve the basi training of module A, but it is not Mandatory for all Church Council Members and no deadlines have been set. This does not mean it can be put on the 'Back Burner' since it is critical that we seen to be taking our responsibilities seriously. This has Legal implications
